mobitel network settings

1. open the settings in mobile phone
2. select mobile networks
3. and select access point name 
4. select the sim  ( eg:- mobitle)

2. APN:- MOBITEL
3. PORT:- 8080
4. PROXY :- 192.168.050.163
5. MCC :- 413
6. MCN :- 01
