How to increasing internet speed

1. right click on the "my computer' 
2. Then click on the "manage" option
3. click on the "computer management" option
4. next click on the "device manager" option
5. Then click "ports" option
6. Click on the "communication port" in to the port option
7. Click on the communication option before display on the window click no the "port setting" 
8. And select the "bits per second" setting into select 128000 and select the "flow control" select into the hardware
